Final Master Transportation Plan

The City of Harrisburg, Sioux Falls Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), and the South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) have developed this transportation plan as an investigation of baseline conditions and a plan for future transportation improvements for the area.
